In November 2009 Jeff established Vend Property. This comes after 10 years with CB Richard Ellis, focusing on the Large Format Retail market. For six years he was the Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand.
In this role Jeff was responsible for a team of 22 staff who together successfully completed over 1,400 transactions in the Large Format Retail market in Australia which included five of Australia’s top eleven largest homemaker centres (by total floor space).
Jeff commenced his career in 1997 at JCLD as a Commercial and Industrial Leasing Executive and two years later moved to CB Richard Ellis working in the same role. During his first year at CBRE Jeff realigned his focus from commercial and industrial sales and leasing assets to Large Format Retail centres and by 2003 was promoted to the role of Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand.
With this experience comes a thorough understanding of the Large Format Retail market not only in Perth but on a national level. Jeff ensures he regularly visits the Eastern states not only to build on his already existing relationships with investors and national Large Format retailers such as Harvey Norman, JB Hi Fi, Freedom, The Good Guys, Spotlight, Anaconda, Super Amart and Super Retail but also to keep abreast of developments in the Large Format Retail industry in QLD, NSW, SA and Victoria.

Paul Davison has been actively involved in the property industry for over 20 years working for private real estate agencies and retailers. Over this period he has gained experience across all sectors of commercial real estate and qualified as a valuation member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK in 2006. For the past 13 years he has concentrated on the retail bulky goods sector providing sales, leasing and valuation advice to a number of institutional landlords and retail tenants.
Paul has acted on behalf of both landlords, developers and retailers and is well regarded by his clients. He is a member of REIWA and is a qualified Real Estate Sales Representative and Property Manager.
Prior to his current role with Vend Property, Paul Davison was with Starbucks Coffee Company as Real Estate Manager in the UK where he was responsible for acquiring sites for the drive thru format on bulky goods retail parks. Before this Paul worked at Montagu Evans in the Retail and Leisure Department specialising in the asset management of bulky goods parks as well as advising tenants on their property strategy. Paul was in this role for over 7 years.
Tom joined Vend Property in 2025 after relocating from London, bringing more than 25 years of specialist experience in the Large Format Retail investment sector. Over his career, he has advised institutions, family offices and private owners on disposal strategies covering approximately $8 billion in retail real estate.
In the UK, Tom founded and led his own LFR advisory firm. Prior to this, he served as Head of UK Retail Capital Markets and Co Head of Retail at Colliers UK, where he oversaw major retail investment mandates across the country.
Before Colliers, Tom was Head of Foodstores (Supermarkets) at JLL, leading national supermarket investment strategy and transactions. He also held a strategic advisory role with Sainsbury’s, acting as their investment advisor on portfolio and capital market initiatives.
With over two decades of UK retail investment leadership, Tom brings a rare combination of supermarket, retail capital markets and LFR expertise to Australia. His international perspective and advisory background strengthen Vend’s capability across national retail investment and development initiatives.
Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and Finance and is a Registered Real Estate Sales Representative (WA).

With over 20 years of experience in commercial property, Alexandra McAuliffe is a highly accomplished leader in retail property management and asset optimisation. Currently serving as Head of Asset Management at Vend Property, she brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, financial management, leasing, retail analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Throughout her career, Alexandra has successfully managed large-scale retail assets, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets and driving profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiencies. She has an in-depth understanding of risk management and compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence while safeguarding asset value. Her leadership style fosters high-performing teams, and she is committed to mentoring and professional development.
Prior to Vend Property, Alexandra held senior roles with JLL, including Director of Property & Asset Management at Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, where she managed a 77,000 sqm retail asset with over 170 tenants and annual visitation exceeding 8 million. She also played a key role in major retail developments, including the staged transformation of Belmont Forum.
With a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach, Alexandra excels in stakeholder management, working closely with landlords, investors, and tenants to enhance asset value and customer experience. Her expertise in marketing and customer engagement has contributed to increased foot traffic and tenant success.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Land Economy from the University of Technology Sydney and is a registered property professional. She remains dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in retail property management, delivering sustainable growth and long-term value for stakeholders.

Dana has been with us for eleven years, joining the Vend Property team in 2014. She was previously an auditor with PwC Perth and KPMG China, with experience in auditing Real Estate, Banking, Mining and Agriculture companies.
Dana is a Chartered Accountant of Australia and through her knowledge and past experience brings a high level of accounting skills to her role at Vend Property. Her longevity at Vend Property means she knows all assets inside and out and is an efficient, hard-working and dedicated member of the team.

Kate has over 30 years’ experience in the Shopping Centre Industry including Management, Marketing and Leasing and working with some Australia’s leading Shopping Centre owners and developers including Westfield, Stockland and The Perron Group. Kate is an industry leader, having served on several Property Council of Australia policy committees and mentoring programs.
Prior to Vend Property, Kate spent 6 years in senior roles at Lease Equity including training and development roles where she implemented continuous improvement of systems and processes using industry best practice and knowledge and helping people to continually develop their skills. Most recently she oversaw the asset management of a diverse property portfolio for a single client comprising retail, hospitality, hotel and commercial.

After exploring a career in marketing within the residential and commercial property industry, Caitlin has recently made the move to pursue a career in Commercial Property Management.
As Assistant Property Manager, Caitlin supports the broader property management team with a range of day-to-day responsibilities. She assists with maintenance requests, lease administration, and ensures timely and effective communication with clients.

John is a highly organised, results‑driven Facilities Manager with extensive experience across commercial, industrial, retail, and leisure assets.
He has led teams and delivered construction and fit‑out projects in Australia, the UK, and the Cayman Islands, managing teams of up to 15 people. John also brings a strong emergency services background, having served nine years as a firefighter, complementing his practical, safety‑focused leadership approach.
Jess joins the Vend Team as Facilities Coordinator, she brings a hands-on, practical skill set to the role, having recently qualified as a Carpenter. Her trade background gives her a unique edge in understanding the operational needs of our assets and supporting the day-to-day management of maintenance and compliance across the Vend Portfolio.
In her role, Jess works closely alongside our Facilities Manager, assisting in delivering high-quality facilities support across our properties. Jess liaises with contractors and service providers, conducting site inspections, maintaining compliance records, managing work orders and supporting the delivery of minor capital works and refurbishment projects. She also plays a key role in contractor onboarding and WHS adherence across sites.

With a Bachelor of Marketing and Digital Media, Emma joins Vend Property as Marketing Coordinator. She brings prior experience in marketing within the commercial furniture industry and has since transitioned into the property sector.
